The Industrial TV Console is the final installment of my industrial furniture series. The TV console is made entirely from 1 sheet of 3/4″ plywood, with less than a square foot of waste. No other materials were used aside from finishes, and the four custom designed and 3D printed feet underneath.
The black central cabinet provides space for electronics, cables, and general storage while the flanking open shelves provide room for decoration display. The front door smoothly slides along a channel within the frame to allow access to the central cabinet.
The sliding door is detailed with 11 asymmetrical notches for a bit of visual interest in the otherwise simple piece.
